Browsing and your choices

You can view the portfolio without using the assistant or submitting contact details. We do not install advertising or analytics trackers, third-party social embeds or remote font services. Hosting providers process connection information such as IP address, request time and browser information to deliver and protect the site.

AI chat: opt-in, not a live person

When available, the assistant uses Cloudflare Workers AI (a Cloudflare-hosted Qwen model). After you agree, each question and limited recent conversation are sent to Cloudflare for a reply. Optional social handles and reply email fields are kept out of AI prompts. Do not put passwords, identity documents, health or financial details, or other sensitive information into chat. AI replies can be wrong and do not confirm bookings, prices or licences.

Your enquiry report

You can review and edit a short summary before sending it. Only the summary, optional Instagram/Xiaohongshu account, optional reply email, language, time and consent version are delivered through Cloudflare to Jackson’s Gmail inbox (jiangjiangjiang0320@gmail.com). The full conversation is not emailed. Reports are used to respond to your enquiry, not for a marketing list. Social contact is optional; without any contact detail we cannot reply directly.

International processing and providers

Jackson is based in China. Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC operate international infrastructure, including in the United States. Chat and email processing may occur outside your country. Separate choices are provided for AI processing and for sending your report, with a separate overseas-processing choice for each. You can decline and continue browsing or contact Jackson on your preferred platform. Provider privacy information and rights-request channels are linked below.

Retention and security

The website keeps conversation text in the current page’s memory; Clear conversation or a reload removes it there. It does not create a server-side transcript archive. Abuse-prevention counters, dated pseudonymous network identifiers and report-delivery status are retained for up to 48 hours; they contain no message text or social handles. Delivered reports remain in Jackson’s Gmail inbox while the enquiry is being handled and for necessary follow-up or legal recordkeeping; request deletion by email. Provider operational records follow their own policies. No automatic Gmail deletion is claimed.

Your rights

Contact Jackson to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or ask about processing. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out; deletion may be limited by applicable recordkeeping duties. You may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability and to complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for automated decisions about you.

Children and third-party accounts

The enquiry service is intended for adults arranging photography projects. Do not submit another person’s account or personal information. If a child has submitted personal information, contact Jackson to request its removal. External Instagram and Xiaohongshu links use their own privacy rules.
